One group that is particularly feeling the effects of the coronavirus pandemic are students across the world, as their education faces disruptions.

Furthermore, students and teenagers may also be missing out on special moments such as proms and graduations; and, while this may not seem like a big deal to some, these students are missing out on experiences that they will never be able to get back.

However, one school principal is trying her best to honor her students' achievements!

Poplar Springs High School in Graceville, Florida may have closed its doors due to the coronavirus pandemic; however, that hasn't stopped the principal from celebrating her students' graduation in the best way possible under current circumstances.

All 30 graduating seniors will have their picture displayed on the school's driveway.

Principal Farica West simply couldn't let her students' achievements go unrecognized. So, West contacted the photographer who took the seniors' portraits and organized to have the students' images enlarged and printed.

The photographs have been displayed along the school's driveway for everyone to see.

West simply couldn't stand the students missing out on "memorable moments."

"[The students are] missing a lot of the memorable moments that we all hold near and dear to our hearts throughout our whole lives," West told Fox News.

West also explained that the driveway has become more than just a local attraction, claiming, "People who don't even have students here, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi [...] have driven over just to drive through and see and honor our students."

West hopes that the students will cherish the memory for the rest of their lives.

"Instead of remembering I didn't get the end to my senior year I wanted, they'll remember my picture was right there and my grandma saw it, and my dad saw it, and my mom saw it. I got my picture made by my banner and they'll bring back a smile to their face instead of an empty spot," West told WTVY.

And it seems like this will be something that the students will remember fondly for the rest of their lives.

The students have been responding positively to the display.

Though they are obviously disappointed by the current state of affairs, the students were moved by West's actions.

Senior Lydia Dixon said, "It's really heartbreaking to me because you dream of the day as your child grows up you get to see them graduate and walk across the stage and get handed their diploma but this is [the] reality right now and we just have to make the best of every situation we are put in".

Senior Peyton Brannan also told WTVY, "Wonderful, it's very unique. A lot of principals have been doing things for their students and it's a really nice gesture. I mean I don't think she could've done it any more perfect, it's a wonderful idea and very thoughtful".

Hopefully, this will help the students get through this difficult time.

It is uncertain as yet when school in Florida will be resumed, WTVY reports; however, it is important for everyone to remain positive and to try and keep their spirits as high as possible, and this gesture will go a long way to achieving that.
