Yes, These Celebrities Are The Same Age Even Though It Doesn't Seem That Way

Not everyone in Hollywood looks their age. In fact, many go to incredible lengths to make it so that you're unable to tell just how old they are.

To prove my point, I've compiled this list of celebrities that are the same age, even though it doesn't seem that way.

Chris Rock and Piers Morgan celebrate their 56th birthdays this year.

Just from the comparison of these two pictures, you'd never be able to tell that Chris and Piers are the same age.

Don't take that as a knock against Piers Morgan, either. Quite simply, Chris Rock doesn't age.

Jim Parsons and Andrew Lincoln are 48 years old.

Whenever I look at Jim Parsons, all I see is Sheldon Cooper. The image of him as a scrawny man-child forever dominates my perception of him.

Andrew Lincoln, on the other hand, is all Rick Grimes to me.

Brad Pitt and Dean Norris turn 58 this year.

I'm sorry, Dean, but somebody had to stand next to Brad, and you just so happened to draw the short straw.

Let it be known that I believe Dean Norris to be a very handsome man in his own way.

Shaq and Eminem were born in 1972.

This one doesn't shock me if I'm being honest, considering I grew up watching/listening to both of these guys.

Heck, I'm still old enough to remember when Shaq played for Orlando. I also own a copy of Eminem's Infinite album on CD.

Michelle Pfeiffer and Whoopi Goldberg are 66.

Are you freaking kidding me? Catwoman is 66 years old?! So how old does that make me then? Too old, far too old in fact.

Who do you think rocks red better: Whoopi or Michelle?

Matt Damon and Nick Offerman both turned the big 5-0 in 2020.

If you slapped a beard on Matt Damon, he and Nick Offerman really wouldn't look all that dissimilar from one another.

There's no doubt that the beard ages Nick, but when he's clean-shaven he could pass for Matt Damon...or his cousin perhaps?

Kim Kardashian and Christina Ricci celebrated their 40th birthdays last year.

Once again, this one stings. In my mind, Christina Ricci is the same 12-year-old girl from Casper that I watch every Halloween.

It seems mindboggling to me that these two gorgeous women are in their 40s (don't hear what I'm not saying; 40 is beautiful).

Jay Z and Matthew Perry each turned 51 in 2020.

On some level, there's always been an air of mystery to Jay Z. I was actually shocked to learn that he was over 50.

I get a similar kind of shock with Matthew Perry, probably because I still look at him as Chandler Bing.

So did Gwen Stefani and Cate Blanchett.

Is it just me or do Gwen and Cate kind of look alike? I'm not saying they're twins or anything but they bear a passing resemblance to one another.

Cate and Gwen are living proof that 50 is the new 40.

Paul Giamatti and Vin Diesel were both born in '67.

If Paul Giamatti and Vin Diesel are the same age, then how come when Vin Diesel was off being fast and furious Paul was playing middle-aged men in their 40s and 50s?

Tom Cruise and Craig Ferguson are 59.

Craig Ferguson was always my favorite Late Night TV host. I'm actually surprised to learn that he's only 59.

Tom is still as youthful as he ever was, and if all goes according to plan, we'll be seeing him in a new Mission Impossible flick next year.

Adrien Brody and Mario Lopez were born in 1973.

So I have this theory that might sound a little strange at first but hear me out.

OK, so it's my belief that vampires exist, and that they survive by masquerading as Hollywood actors! How else do you explain how Mario literally hasn't aged in 20 years?

Russell Crowe and Robe Lowe are 57.

And here comes Rob Lowe to just further enforce my point. You're telling me there isn't something supernatural keeping this man looking like a 25-year-old kid even well into his 50s?

It just doesn't make sense.

Martin Freeman and Jared Leto were both born in 1971.

This one flew me for a bit of a loop. How could John Watson and The Joker be the same age?!

I think it's Jared's hair that confuses things. Those long flowing locks make him look ageless.

Ryan Gosling and Macaulay Culkin are both 41.

What's kind of funny is that both Ryan and Macaulay look like a poor man's version of the other.

On that note, if Ryan entered a Macaulay Culkin look-a-like contest, and Mack entered a Ryan Gosling pageant, who do you think would place higher?

Serena Williams and Paris Hilton are 40.

In my mind, both Serena and Paris aren't a day older than 23. It's mindboggling to think back and realize how much time has passed since The Simple Life days.

I'm not sure why Serena is wearing a skirt into an ice bath but whatever works for you, champ!

Adele and Vanessa Hudgens turned 32 in 2021.

Do you think Adele was a fan of High School Musical growing up? Wouldn't it be cool to see her and Vanessa Hudgens singing "We're All in This Together"?

Come on, I can't be the only one.

Keith Urban and Will Ferrell were born in 1967.

Keith looks about fifteen years younger than he actually is. I don't know what it is about Aussies, but as far as I can tell they've discovered the Fountain of Youth somewhere Down Under.

Halle Berry and Robin Wright are 55.

I'm shocked that either of these Queens is in their 50s! Halle Berry, as far as I'm concerned, is the most beautiful woman alive. And Robin Wright isn't too far off the mark, either.

Thomas Brodie-Sangster and Liam Hemsworth turn 32 this year.

Did you know that Benny from The Queen's Gambit is the exact same little boy from Love Actually?! It was driving me mad when I couldn't place him.

It's wild to think that he's all grown up.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and John Cho are 49.

I feel so sorry for Dwayne Johnson's t-shirts. All it would take is one hard sneeze and Dwayne would probably rip through his shirt like a hot knife through butter.

Come on, John — let's see you flex!

Sarah Hyland and Jennifer Lawrence turned 31 this year.

I had to check Google and IMDb before I'd believe it. I don't know what it is, but I just always picture Sarah as a perpetual teenage girl.

This is probably due to the fact that I'm completely and utterly obsessed with Modern Family.

Michael J. Fox and George Clooney both turned 60 in 2021.

Time has been kind to Michael J. Fox; he's still as youthful and vibrant-looking as he ever was.

George Clooney, on the other hand, has been a silver fox since the time he was 25. Now, he looks like a hot grandpa.

Keira Knightley and Carly Rae Jepsen were born in 1985.

Wowzers. I'm stunned to learn that the "Call Me Maybe" singer is turning 36 this year. It puts a lot in perspective, like mainly how old I'm becoming.

On a totally different topic, have you seen Carly's Tiny Desk concert? It's phenomenal.

Kylie Jenner and Maisie Williams are 24 years old.

No matter how much time passes, I will always think of Maisie Williams as Arya Stark. So in my mind, she's about 10 years old.

Comparing the two photos, who do you think rocked red hair better: Kylie or Maisie?

Ed Helms and Seth Green are turning 48 this year.

Roo doo doot da doo! The Nard Dog and Seth will both be joining the Half-Century Club in only a few more years.

In case you were wondering, the whisky Ed is holding was gifted to him by Matthew McConaughey.

Heather Graham and Julie Bowen just turned 51.

You read that correctly, both of these dazzling women are in their 50s! Although neither looks a day over 35.

But the question we're all asking ourselves is where on earth did Julie get such a freaking cute puppy?!

Paul Rudd and Rory McCann were born in 1969.

NBC / HBO

To be fair, Rory is much more handsome in real life than he is on Game of Thrones.

Here's a thought: Can you imagine Paul Rudd walking the streets of King's Landing?! I would have much preferred his cameo over Ed Sheeran's.

Nicolas Cage and Keanu Reeves are 57.

I don't mean to go off-script here, but how freaking awesome is it that we're getting The Matrix 4 and John Wick 4 in the same year!?

Could the big reveal be that John Wick is really a Matrix combat program?

Julia Roberts and Pamela Anderson celebrated their 54th birthdays in 2021.

I'm obsessed with Julia Roberts; she's nothing short of inspirational. Call me crazy but I'd be lying if I said that I didn't think she has at least one more Oscar performance in her.

I also wouldn't be mad to see Pam back in front of the camera, but for different reasons.

Catherine Zeta-Jones and Jennifer Lopez were born in 1969.

Be careful looking into the eyes of Catherine Zeta-Jones; her gaze is liable to leave you transfixed for hours.

Much the same could be said about J-Lo with that beautiful mermaid hair of hers! I want it.
