The Rock Gave His Custom Truck To US Navy Vet So Naturally We're All Crying

There are many reasons why fans love Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. Yes, he's handsome. Yes, he's got more muscles than every man I know combined and yes, he rocks a bald head like nobody's business. However, he is so much more than these shallow, superficial things.

See, The Rock kind of... rocks. I know, it's cheesy to say, but just wait until you see how he recently gave back to a US Navy vet.

Too often it feels like social media is filled with negative stories about all the bad things happening in the world.

Sometimes, I want to just see something happy — is that so crazy? Well, it's not crazy and in fact, it's very doable as I'm here today to show you all a video that has warmed my heart a bunch — and I'm sure it will warm yours, too!

Recently, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson reminded us all why we love him so much.

In a video recently posted to the Rock's Instagram account, we meet U.S. Navy vet Oscar Rodriguez.

An outstanding man in not only his family but his church and his community —Oscar got a special visit from the actor at a screening of his new movie Red Notice

In the touching video, Rodriguez reads out a note from the star, which read: "Thank you for your service brother, enjoy your new truck."

The Navy vet quickly collapses on his knees in tears before getting up and giving the Rock the biggest hug ever.

"Today was a good day. Merry Christmas @coach_orod and enjoy your new truck," the actor captioned the Instagram post.

"I invited fans to a special theater screening of RED NOTICE and I wanted to do something cool for all of them."

"I also wanted to do something BIG… something MASSIVE… something unforgettable for one fan. My original idea was to give away the Porsche Taycan, that I drive in the movie, Red Notice. So we reached out to Porsche, but they said no. But I still said, yes. I’ll do one better. I’ll give away my personal custom truck as the gift. My baby," he continued.

"I gathered as much information as I could about everyone in the audience and ultimately, Oscar’s story moved me. Takes care of his 75 year old mom. Personal trainer. Leader at his church. Provides support and meals for women victimized by domestic violence. Proud & humble Navy veteran.Kind human being," the Rock listed.

"Oscar said it right, just before he drove away ~ it’s just love. That’s all it is, brother. Just love," he concluded.

What an amazing gesture for an amazing man!
